All American Roofing proudly warrants to the named customer that the workmanship on your roof installation will remain watertight for the life of the roofing materials, starting from the date of substantial completion—as long as you, the original purchaser, reside in the home and the roofing materials remain covered under the corresponding manufacturer’s warranty.
If a defect in our workmanship is found, we will promptly return to your home to repair or replace the affected area as needed.
All manufacturer warranties for materials used are transferred directly to you, and these warranties serve as your sole remedy for any material defect or failure.
Our liability is limited strictly to the repair and/or replacement of our workmanship. We are not responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor related to correcting defective materials covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
What’s Not Covered
This workmanship warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:
● Acts of nature such as lightning, flooding, fire, or falling debris
● Neglect or lack of maintenance, including debris, moss, or dirt buildup
● Normal wear and tear due to aging and weather exposure
● Damage covered by homeowner’s insurance
● Third-party repairs or alterations performed after our installation
● Improper ventilation installed by others
Filing a Claim
To ensure your warranty remains valid, please notify All American Roofing within 24 hours of noticing any leaks or issues. Failure to do so may result in a waived claim.
This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied—including any warranties of merchantability, habitability, or fitness for a specific purpose. All American Roofing is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
